Our Management

Gevorg Zakinyan

Partner

Mr. Zakinyan is the Partner and the General Director of “Z Consulting” cjsc.

Mr. Zakinyan has more than 15 years of experience in tax and accounting advisory services.

He managed and coordinated a large number of projects involving provision of advice on accounting and tax treatments of various transactions, development of tax-efficient restructuring and reorganizations of entities, Tax Due Diligence engagements in Armenian largest manufacturing companies and financial sector institutions.

He managed projects of audit of financial statements of entities to cover the tax liabilities section.

Before establishing “Z Consulting” Mr. Zakinyan worked for 12 years in one of the Big 4 companies and more than 7 years in the position of Head of Tax and Legal Department. He coordinated tax aspects and tax services for clients representing virtually all spheres of Armenian economy.

Kristina Dudukchyan

Tax Director

Ms. Dudukchyan has extensive experience in tax advisory and tax compliance, as well as in accounting and tax outsourcing services. She has participated and managed many engagements on tax reviews both for local businesses and foreign entities. She has participated and managed tax Due Diligence engagements for companies representing different sectors as well as managed a number of accounting outsourcing projects for a large number of companies in Armenia

Before joining “Z Consulting” Ms. Dudukchyan worked in one of Big4 audit firms for 9 years of which 4 years as a tax Manager of Tax and Legal Department of the company.

Ms. Dudukchyan is a certified accountant and member of the Association of Chartered Certified Accountants (ACCA), UK.

Varduhi Zakinyan

Senior Tax Consultant

Prior to joining Z Consulting, Varduhi has been working for more than 5 years in the CARD Foundation in (USDA Project) as an accountant and 2 years in one of the Big Four (Big4) firms as an audit assistant. Ms. Zakinyan has significant experience providing tax advice to international companies.

Ms. Zakinyan is an affiliated member of the Association of Chartered Certified Accountants (ACCA), UK.
